How to cook deliciously - Rumen baked with sour cream

Pour the water for the last time, the volume should be not less than 2.5-3 liters, bring it to a boil, if there is foam - remove. But in my case there was no foam at all. We salt it like a usual broth, add pepper, bayroot, peeled onions, carrots and spices. Boil it for three hours at a slow boil. Let cool. Cut the boiled tripe into strips.
