1. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
2. Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
3. Green onions, finely chopped 2
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
6. Sugar 1 teaspoon
7. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Beef top sirloin, thinly sliced ⅓ pound
9. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
10. Thinly sliced carrots ½ cup
11. Sliced bamboo shoots, drained ½ cup
12. Napa cabbage, sliced ¼ pound
13. Chopped fresh spinach 2 cups
14. Cellophane noodles, soaked in warm water 3 ounces
15. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
16. Sugar 1 tablespoon
17. Salt ½ teaspoon
18. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Chap Chee Noodles

1 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir in sliced beef, and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, then drizzle with oil. Cook beef until evenly brown. Stir in carrots, bamboo shoots, napa cabbage, and spinach. Add cellophane noodles, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Reduce heat to medium, and cook until heated through.
