How to cook deliciously - Yogurt pie with pears
1. Stage
Make a crumb of flour and soft butter with your fingers. Add the yolk (the picture shows two yolks, but it is an egg with two yolks), yogurt and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it at room temperature while it makes the filling.
2. Stage
Peel the pears, cut them into thin slices. Put them in a saucepan, add the sugar, juice and zest of half a lemon and stew until soft.
3. Stage
Cool the stuffing, if pears give a lot of juice, it should be drained, it will still be useful to us.
4. Stage
Divide the rested dough into two parts. Roll out each part thinly and place it on baking paper.
5. Stage
My pears gave a lot of juice, I sprinkled the surface of the dough with grated gingerbread, just in case. You can use crushed cookies or breadcrumbs, but you don't have to.
6. Stage
Spread the filling on the dough, almost to the edges, and sprinkle with cinnamon. On each side, roll the dough several times toward the center with the filling, leaving the middle of the pie free.
7. Stage
Roll up the top and bottom edges of the pastry. Place both cakes with the paper on the baking tray. Grease the edges with white whipped with a fork. Make the sprinkles: knead the flour, sugar and butter into crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs on the open part of the cake, add the almond petals on top.
8. Stage
Bake the pies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove the pies from the oven and brush the edges with the remaining pear syrup.
9. Stage
The pies are delicious both warm and cold. Bon appetit!
