Ingredients for - Seafood Salad Supreme

1. Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
3. Crabmeat - 1 pound
4. Seashell pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
5. Celery, sliced - 2 strips
6. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
7. Green onion, thinly sliced - 1
8. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
9. Slivered, toasted almonds - ¼ cup
10. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
11. Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
12. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
13. Old Bay Seasoning TM - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Seafood Salad Supreme

1. Stage

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute shrimp until pink. Add crabmeat and cook one more minute or until heated through. Set aside.

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3. Stage

Transfer the shrimp and crabmeat to a large mixing bowl and let cool to room temperature. Stir in pasta, celery, bell pepper and green onion. Add mozzarella cheese, slivered toasted almonds, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with parsley, and old bay seasoning. Toss to mix thoroughly.

4. Stage

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
