Ingredients for - Sautéed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese

1. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Red onion, diced - ½ small
4. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Swiss chard, stems and center ribs cut out and chopped together, leaves coarsely chopped separately - 1 bunch
6. Dry white wine - ½ cup
7. Fresh lemon juice, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
8. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt to taste - 1 pinch
