3. Red onion, diced ½ small
4. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
5. Swiss chard, stems and center ribs cut out and chopped together, leaves coarsely chopped separately 1 bunch
6. Dry white wine ½ cup
7. Fresh lemon juice, or to taste 1 tablespoon
8. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
9. Salt to taste 1 pinch
