1. Olive oil - ½ cup
2. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
3. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Eggplants, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 2 medium
7. Zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 3 medium
8. Green bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch slices - 2 medium

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar

1. Stage

Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss eggplants, zucchinis, and bell peppers in soy sauce marinade. Marinate for about 45 minutes.

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove vegetables from marinade, shaking off excess.
