2. Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
3. Fennel, cored and thinly sliced crosswise - 1 bulb
4. Celery, sliced - 1 stalk
5. Olive oil - 6 tablespoons
6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 6 tablespoons
7. Walnuts, roasted and chopped - 2 tablespoons
