Ingredients for - Light Southwestern Tomato Pasta

1. Pasta - 1 pound
2. Tomatoes, cubed - 4 large
3. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 teaspoon
4. Dried basil - 1 pinch
5. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
6. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
7. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ⅓ cup
9. Grated Parmesan cheese (Optional) - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Light Southwestern Tomato Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cilantro, basil, sugar and oregano; mix well, then add olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
