1. Quick-cooking oatmeal - 3 cups
2. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
3. Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
4. Instant chocolate pudding mix - 1 (3.4 ounce) package
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Butter, softened - 1 cup
8. Brown sugar - ¾ cup
9. White sugar - ¾ cup
10. Eggs - 2
11. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
12. Chocolate chips - 2 cups
13. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - 1 cup
14. Nonstick cooking spray - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix oatmeal, flour, cocoa powder, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in another bowl using an electric mixer. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Add oatmeal mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
