Zucchini fries in the oven

1 . Stage

Take a zucchini and cut into slices. Since I have a young zucchini with thin skin and soft seeds, I did not peel it, and immediately cut it. The length of the slices is about 10 cm, the thickness of 2-3 cm.

To the sliced zucchini add 2 tablespoons of flour and salt to taste. Mix well.

In a separate bowl break two eggs, beat with a fork until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.

In another bowl pour the breadcrumbs. I had homemade breadcrumbs. Add the herb mixture and salt to taste.

Now take a zucchini slice and dip it into the egg mixture.

And roll it in breadcrumbs

7 . Stage

Place on a baking tray and repeat with all the zucchini slices.

8 . Stage

Place in preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

9 . Stage

While the zucchini is cooking, make the sauce: add greens and 2 cloves of garlic to the sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
