How to cook deliciously - Czech potato dumplings with plums
1 . Stage
Boil the potatoes in their skins for 20 minutes. Drain, cool and peel. Mashed potato them.
2 . Stage
Mix the flour with semolina and a pinch of salt. Beat an egg. Add all this to the potato mixture and knead into an elastic dough. Roll out the sausage and cut it into 20-22 pieces (depending on the size of the plums).

Wash and dry the plums and remove the pips. I had frozen plum halves. Put 1 piece of raffinate or 1 tsp. sugar in each plum instead of the seed and combine.

Place the plums on the pieces of dough and seal them.

To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, powder it with flour.

Cook the dumplings in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes until they float.
7 . Stage
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry breadcrumbs in it.
8 . Stage
Roll them in dumplings and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bon appetit!
