1. Corn, shucked and kernels removed - 10 ears
2. Butter - 1 ¼ cups
3. Lime juice - 2 ½ cups
4. Crema Mexicana (Mexican cream) - 2 ½ cups
5. Chili powder, or to taste - 1 ¼ teaspoons
6. Salt to taste - 1 ¼ teaspoons
7. Crumbled Cotija cheese - 1 ¼ cups
8. Hot pepper sauce (Optional) - 10 dashes
9. Fresh lime - 10 wedges

1. Stage
