2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup

4. Lemon zest - 2 teaspoons
5. Fresh lemon juice - ¼ cup
6. Grated zucchini - 1 ¾ cups
7. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
8. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
9. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
12. Confectioners' sugar for decoration - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Zucchini Bars

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, lemon rind, and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in shredded zucchini.
