2. Margarine 2 tablespoons
3. Chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon
4. Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon
5. Salt ¼ teaspoon
6. Freshly ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Place carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
