1. Pork spare ribs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 1 pound
2. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
3. Rice wine, divided 2 teaspoons
4. Salt ¼ teaspoon
5. Vegetable oil for frying 2 cups
6. White sugar ⅓ cup
7. Water ¼ cup
8. Chinese black vinegar 2 teaspoons

1 . Stage

Combine pork ribs, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice wine, and salt in a large bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
