2. Garlic, smashed - 4 cloves
3. Apple cider vinegar - ⅔ cup
4. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup
5. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
6. Bay leaf - 1
7. Ground black pepper to taste - 1
8. Skinless, bone-in chicken thighs - 8
9. Paprika - 2 teaspoons
10. Bok choy, cut into 1-inch strips - 1 large head
11. Green onions, sliced thinly - 2

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken with Bok Choy

1. Stage

Combine onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and bay leaf in slow cooker. Season with black pepper. Place chicken thighs atop mixture. Sprinkle paprika over chicken thighs.

2. Stage

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

3. Stage

Switch slow cooker to High. Add bok choy to chicken mixture; cook another 5 minutes. Garnish with green onion.
