Ingredients for - Baked Tofu Slices

1. Extra-firm tofu, slice 1/2-inch thick 1 (18 ounce) package
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
4. Green onion, thinly sliced 1
5. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
6. Sriracha hot sauce, or to taste 2 tablespoons
7. Sesame oil 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Chile-garlic sauce 1 teaspoon
9. Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
10. Minced garlic ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Tofu Slices

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Arrange tofu slices onto a baking sheet. Brush olive oil over the top of each slice. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 8 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, make sauce: Stir together green onion, soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, chile-garlic sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic in a small bowl.

Spoon sauce over tofu slices. Continue baking until sauce is warmed, 3 to 5 minutes.
