Ingredients for - Sautéed Shrimp

1. Lemon 1
2. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 pounds
3. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
4. Onion, chopped 1 small
5. Celery, chopped 2 ribs
6. Garlic, crushed and chopped 2 cloves
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 cloves
8. Fresh rosemary, chopped, or to taste 1 sprig
9. Dried basil ¼ teaspoon
10. Dried oregano ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground coriander ¼ teaspoon
12. Bay leaf 1
13. White wine, or to taste ¾ cup
14. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sautéed Shrimp

1 . Stage

Squeeze lemon over shrimp and set aside.

2 . Stage

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in rosemary, basil, oregano, coriander, and bay leaf. Add white wine and Worcestershire sauce; cook until sauce is slightly reduced, 8 to 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Add shrimp to sauce and cook until pink, 5 to 7 minutes more.
