Ingredients for - Sautéed Shrimp

1. Lemon - 1
2. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 3 pounds
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Celery, chopped - 2 ribs
6. Garlic, crushed and chopped - 2 cloves
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cloves
8. Fresh rosemary, chopped, or to taste - 1 sprig
9. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
10. Dried oregano - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground coriander - ¼ teaspoon
12. Bay leaf - 1
13. White wine, or to taste - ¾ cup
14. Worcestershire sauce, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sautéed Shrimp

1. Stage

Squeeze lemon over shrimp and set aside.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in rosemary, basil, oregano, coriander, and bay leaf. Add white wine and Worcestershire sauce; cook until sauce is slightly reduced, 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Add shrimp to sauce and cook until pink, 5 to 7 minutes more.
