8. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
9. Wild-caught skin-on mahi-mahi fillets - 3 (4 ounce) fillets
10. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
11. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Easy Grilled Mahi Mahi
