3. Dry corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy®) 1 (8.5 ounce) package
4. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup
5. Chopped green chile peppers 1 (4 ounce) can
6. Finely chopped onion ½ cup
7. Milk ⅓ cup
8. Egg, beaten 1
9. Chili powder 2 teaspoons
10. Salt ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
