1. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
2. Cubed beef stew meat 2 pounds
3. Onion, chopped 1
4. Diced tomatoes with green chile peppers 1 (10 ounce) can
5. Beef broth 1 ½ cups
6. Chopped green chile peppers 1 (4 ounce) can
7. Garlic salt 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
10. Potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Green Chile Stew

1 . Stage

Heat oil, then brown stew meat and onion in a large pot over medium heat until onions are translucent; about 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Pour in diced tomatoes with chiles, beef broth, and chile peppers. Stir in garlic salt and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Add a little more beef broth or water if needed during simmering.
