2. Large shrimp - peeled, deveined, and tails on, or more to taste - 16
3. Garlic, smashed, or more to taste - 3 large cloves
4. Crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
5. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste - 2 teaspoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 teaspoons
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
8. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Lemon zest - 3 teaspoons
