1 . Stage
The set of products is given for a 2-liter jar. First, sterilize the jars and lids. Thoroughly wash the vegetables and herbs. Peel garlic, cut onions in rings, cut peppers into 4-6 slices, half of the carrots cut into 3 strips. At the bottom of a jar put celery and dill. Then we put garlic, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper and allspice. If you like it spicy, you can put a small piece of hot pepper.

Randomly put tomatoes, carrots, onions and peppers in the jar. Fill the jar to the top. I leave 1-2 pieces of pepper to cover the tomatoes on top. This is done so that the skin of tomatoes will not burst when we pour the hot brine into the jar.

Pour water into a pot, put it on the fire, pour salt and sugar. Boil for a couple of minutes.

Pour the hot brine into the jar up to the edge, cover with a lid. Let stand for 30-40 minutes. Then pour the brine back into the pot and boil again.

Add the vinegar to the jar, pour in the hot brine and tighten the lid with a corkscrew. Turn the jar upside down and wrap it with a blanket until it cools.
