How to cook deliciously - Chickpea and leek soup
1 . Stage
Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water with the addition of a teaspoon of baking soda.
2 . Stage
Pour water into a pot, put soaked and rinsed chickpeas, cook until tender.
3 . Stage
Chop leek stalk, peel garlic cloves.
4 . Stage
Add onion and garlic to the chickpeas, cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.

Transfer everything to the processor and whisk.

Pour back into the pot, add salt and curry powder to taste, add half a teaspoon of sugar if desired.
