1. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15.5 ounce) can
2. White sugar - ¾ cup
3. Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
4. Eggs - 3 large
5. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
6. Instant coffee (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
7. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 pinch
9. Milk chocolate chips (Optional) - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Black Bean Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

2. Stage

Combine beans, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, oil, instant coffee, vanilla, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the surface.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before cutting into 16 squares. C. P.
