1. Sweet corn kernels - 2 quarts
2. Chopped cabbage - 4 cups
3. Chopped onion - 1 cup
4. Chopped green bell pepper - 1 cup
5. Chopped red bell pepper - 1 cup
6. White sugar - 1 cup
7. Ground dry mustard - 2 tablespoons
8. Celery seed - 1 tablespoon
9. Mustard seed - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground turmeric - 1 tablespoon
12. Apple cider vinegar - 1 quart
13. Water - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Corn Relish III

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, mix corn, cabbage, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, white sugar, ground dry mustard, celery seed, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, apple cider vinegar and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to sterile containers. Seal and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
