How to cook deliciously - Greek-style cucumber salad
1. Stage
Wash a long salad cucumber (200 g) well, cut lengthwise and then into slices.

Lightly salt and let stand for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, peel the eggs from their shells and finely chop them. Peel the garlic and chop on a fine grater, or through a press. Wash the parsley and dill, dry with a napkin and finely chop them.

Mix the sourdough with the oil, then add the eggs, garlic and herbs. Vinegar is optional, apple or wine vinegar, and the amount is to taste. I added 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Stir everything together.

We add the cucumbers with the released juice.

Stir everything and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

The salad is ready! Serve it cold.
