Ingredients for - Electric Saffron Tea Marinade

1. Tea bags - 6
2. Boiling water - 2 quarts
3. Loosely packed saffron threads - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Brown sugar - 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Lemon juice - ⅔ cup
6. Rum flavored extract - 1 tablespoon
7. Cayenne pepper - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground dried ginger - 2 ½ teaspoons
9. Ground cloves - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground coriander - 2 ½ teaspoons
11. Salt - 2 tablespoons
12. Fresh tarragon, chopped - 1 bunch

How to cook deliciously - Electric Saffron Tea Marinade

1. Stage

Steep the tea in the hot water for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags, then whisk in the saffron, sugar, lemon juice, rum extract, cayenne pepper, ginger, clove, coriander, salt, and tarragon until the sugar has dissolved. Cool to room temperature before using. Refrigerate any marinade that will not be used immediately.

2. Stage

To use, marinate meats such as chicken or pork in the refrigerator overnight.
