9. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
12. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
13. Raisins (Optional) - ½ cup
14. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ½ cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 12-cup muffin tins or line cups with paper liners.
