1. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
4. Peeled and diced tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
5. Red wine - ⅜ cup
6. Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
7. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped fresh basil - 1 tablespoon
9. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
10. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
11. Italian seasoning - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Arrabbiata Sauce

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in diced tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, sugar, basil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and black pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
