Ingredients for - Fresh Green Chile Quiche

1. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
2. Green chile peppers, seeded and chopped 4
3. Onion, diced 1 small
4. Crumbled feta cheese ¼ cup
5. Sour cream ½ cup
6. Salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon
7. Unbaked pie crust 1 (9 inch)
8. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 8 ounces
9. Eggs, beaten 3
10. Milk ¾ cup
11. Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Green Chile Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook peppers and onion until tender. Transfer to a bowl and mix with feta, sour cream and salt.

3 . Stage

Spread bottom of pie crust with Monterey Jack cheese. Top cheese with pepper and onion mixture. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl; evenly pour over onion and pepper mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese.

4 . Stage

Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is melted and eggs are firm.
