3. Canola oil - ¼ cup
4. Unsweetened applesauce - ¼ cup
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Whole wheat pastry flour - 1 cup
7. Flax seed meal - ½ cup
8. Wheat germ - ¼ cup
9. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
10. Baking powder - 4 teaspoons
11. Sugar - 1 tablespoon
12. Salt - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Whole Grain Waffles

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, applesauce, and vanilla. Beat in whole wheat pastry flour, flax seed meal, wheat germ, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until batter is smooth.
