Ingredients for - Korean Fried Chicken Dumplings

1. Rice wine - 2 tablespoons
2. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes - 1 pound
7. Potato starch - 1 cup
8. Oil for frying, or as needed - 2 cups
9. Wonton wrappers - 1 (16 ounce) package
10. Egg, beaten - 1 large
11. Honey - 2 tablespoons
12. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) - 1 tablespoon
13. Lime juice - 2 teaspoons
14. Sesame oil - 1 ½ teaspoons
15. Garlic paste - 1 ½ teaspoons
16. Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Korean Fried Chicken Dumplings

1. Stage

Combine rice wine, sesame oil, ginger paste, salt, and pepper together in a glass or ceramic bowl; add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Pour potato starch onto a plate. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top.

Heat enough oil in a frying pan over medium heat to cover the chicken pieces.

Remove chicken from marinade and toss in potato starch to coat. Add chicken to the hot oil and fry until no longer pink in the centers, about 5 minutes.
