How to cook deliciously - Potato stew Garni
1 . Stage
Shred the potatoes (2 pcs.), carrots with a food processor.

Next, rinse the potatoes and carrots in cold water to remove the starch from the potatoes.

Add 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the frying pan. Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Next place cubes of potatoes and carrots. Roast potatoes and carrots on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Cauliflower (250 g.) separate into florets, rinse in cold water.

Add the cauliflower to the potatoes and carrots. Add salt and black pepper to taste, add water, about 1/2 cup. Cover the pan with the vegetable mixture and stew over low heat until the potatoes and carrots are soft. The cabbage, if desired, can be braised until al dente. I would like to point out that I did not add onions to the vegetable mixture. I make this side dish without adding onions. You can add onions if you wish. Three to five minutes before cooking, add a bay leaf.
