1. Burrito-size flour tortillas - 1 (17.5 ounce) package
2. Green onions, sliced - 3
3. Tomato, diced - 1 large
4. Sliced black olives, drained - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
5. Torn lettuce leaves - 6
6. Ripe avocado, sliced - 1
7. Refried beans - 1 (16 ounce) can
8. Dried onion flakes - 2 teaspoons
9. Dried, minced garlic - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
12. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Dried oregano - ¼ teaspoon
14. Water - 2 teaspoons
15. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 (16 ounce) package
16. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container

How to cook deliciously - Kid-Friendly Taco-Burritos

1. Stage

In a large serving dish, arrange green onions. diced tomato, sliced olives, lettuce and avocado. Set aside.

2. Stage

Empty the can of refried beans into a microwave-safe bowl. Season with onion flakes, garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder and oregano. Stir in water, cover, and cook in microwave, on high, for about 2 minutes.

3. Stage

Take a tortilla and spread a thin layer of beans on half of it. Sprinkle on the cheese, and whatever toppings you would like. Spread sour cream over the other half of the tortilla.

4. Stage

Fold the tortilla in half, and then into quarters, and serve.
