Ingredients for - Poppy Seed Chicken

1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - diced - 6
2. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Dry sherry - 2 tablespoons
5. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
6. Buttery round crackers, crushed - 8 ounces
7. Poppy seeds - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Butter, melted - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Poppy Seed Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Place diced chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, and sherry in a bowl. Pour or spoon mixture over chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

3. Stage

Mix crushed crackers and poppy seeds; sprinkle mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle melted butter over cracker-poppyseed layer.

Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes (uncover for the last 5 minutes). Let stand a few minutes before serving.
