Divide the cottage cheese into two parts. Put one part of the cottage cheese in the blender bowl, add the strawberries, half the sugar and 1 tbsp of sour cream. Whisk until smooth. If the cottage cheese is too dry and is not fluffy, you can add some more sour cream. Taste the dessert for sugar and add more if necessary.

Whip the second part of the cottage cheese in a blender with the remaining half of the sugar, cocoa and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

I have peanut butter cookies, large and oblong. I had enough 20 pieces for 5 layers. You need to divide 400 g of cookies into 5 equal parts. Take one part of the cookie and soak it in boiled milk. Place the first layer of cookies on the foil.
