1. Ground beef ½ pound
2. Ground sausage ½ pound
3. Diced onion ½ cup
4. Chicken broth 6 cups
5. Cubed potatoes 2 cups
6. Finely chopped carrots 1 ½ cups
7. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
8. Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
9. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
11. Milk 1 ½ cups
12. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons

14. Cubed processed cheese food 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cheeseburger Chowder with Sausage

1 . Stage

Combine beef, sausage, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off grease and transfer to a large pot.

Stir broth, potatoes, carrots, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Simmer over low heat, covered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
