2. Dry bread crumbs - ¼ cup
3. Onion, diced - ½ small
4. Egg - 1 large
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Basil leaves, roughly chopped - 4 large
7. Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
9. Smoked paprika - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground white pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
13. Diced green bell pepper - ½ cup
14. Diced carrots - ½ cup
15. Diced celery - ½ cup
16. Crushed tomatoes - 1 cup
17. Bay leaf - 1 large
18. Salt - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Meatless Meatballs with Vegetable Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix meatless ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic, basil, curry powder, ginger, paprika, salt, and white pepper together in a bowl.

Form mixture into 16 balls and lay out in a baking dish.
