How to cook deliciously - Mongolian Beef
1. Stage
Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the garlic and ginger, cook for about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, water and sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves and the sauce boils and slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
2. Stage
Cut the meat into small strips, salt, pepper and add starch. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Stage
Shake excess starch from pieces of beef and fry them in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes, remove excess oil.
4. Stage
Add the fried meat to the saucepan, add the green onions and cook after boiling for about 5 minutes.
