If we add not 100 grams of butter at the beginning, but, for example, 70, you can also add water. Then we send our fragrant cupcake to the oven and leave it to bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Then turn it off and leave it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Be careful with the temperature. Unfortunately, I don't have a temperature gauge in my oven, so I'm giving approximate readings. Be sure to check the muffin so it doesn't burn. BUT. If it does burn, it can be rehabilitated by quickly turning it over on a plate and trimming the burnt edges, they come off by themselves (I had such a sad experience). In the microwave melt 60-70 grams of chocolate and butter and smear our cake. Enjoy! It is so fluffy, fragrant, chocolate cake, which is delicious both hot and cold, that I am sure, not one of your guests will stay indifferent! Happy 8th of March!
