5. Butter - ½ cup
6. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
7. Milk - 2 cups
8. Salt - 1 pinch
9. Pepper - 1 pinch
10. Grated Romano cheese - 1 ½ cups
11. Prepared basil pesto - 1 cup
12. Cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
13. Mushrooms, chopped - 20
14. Roma (plum) tomato, diced - 3

1. Stage
