1. Steel-cut oats - 1 cup
2. Water - 2 cups
3. Unsweetened almond milk - 1 cup
4. Apple - peeled, cored, and diced - 1 large
5. Dried pitted dates, diced - ⅓ cup
6. Finely chopped fresh rosemary - 2 teaspoons
7. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - 1 pinch
10. Chopped pecans, or to taste (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Instant Pot® Apple-Rosemary Steel-Cut Oats

1. Stage

Place oats into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Add water, almond milk, apple, dates, rosemary, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until ingredients are just combined. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

2. Stage

Let sit for 5 minutes before releasing pressure using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.

3. Stage

Stir cooked oatmeal and top with chopped pecans.
