How to cook deliciously - Ribs in the oven as from a barbecue

I took 700 grams of pork ribs for two servings. The ribs must first be marinated. It is better to do this overnight or at least 2 hours before cooking. I cut the ribs into 11 pieces. I placed them in an enameled dish. I sprinkled Provençal herbs, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper, poured lemon juice, squeezing it right out of half a lemon and poured olive oil. I cut the garlic into slices and added it to the spices. Stir thoroughly, cover with foil and send it to the fridge overnight.

In the morning I took out the ribs. Prepared a clay pan D-24 cm and a height of 5 cm. I coated it with oil and put a large onion cut into half rings on the bottom. Chopped finely dill and sprinkled it on the onions. On this "pillow" laid the pickled ribs. I put them all. I had 11 pieces chopped. I covered the pan with foil and put it in the oven at 200° C for one hour. After an hour, took out the pan, removed the foil. The ribs juiced. I put it back in the oven at the same temperature for 30 minutes, so that the ribs baked nicely.

I will serve them individually. On a large plate, I place the sliced pita, greens, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers. I'll put the sauce in a small saucepan on the plate. I'll place the ribs on the pita and top with the onions. What a flavor!
