2. Sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed - 3 pounds
3. Sour cream - 1 ½ cups
4. Mayonnaise - ⅔ cup
5. Honey mustard - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped crystallized ginger - 2 tablespoons
7. Grated orange zest - 2 teaspoons
8. Cubed fresh pineapple - 1 ¼ cups
9. Chopped toasted walnuts - 1 cup
10. Dried cranberries - 1 cup
11. Finely diced shallot - ½ cup
12. Celery, diced - 4 stalks

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Sweet Potato Salad with Cranberries

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt. Add sweet potatoes and cook until just tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain.

2. Stage

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and honey mustard together in a bowl. Add ginger and orange zest; mix well until creamy.

3. Stage

Combine cooked sweet potatoes, pineapple, walnuts, cranberries, shallot, and celery in a large mixing bowl. Gently fold in dressing, being careful not to break up the potatoes.
