1. Butter-canola oil blend - 3 ½ cups
2. Sucralose and sugar blend for baking (such as Splenda® sugar blend) - 4 cups
3. Cake flour - 11 cups
4. Dry buttermilk powder - 1 ½ cups
5. Baking powder - 5 tablespoons
6. Salt - 3 tablespoons
7. Baking soda - 3 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Homemade Low-Sugar Cake Mix

1. Stage

Cut butter blend into sugar blend with a hand mixer in a very large bowl until it looks like coarse crumbs.

2. Stage

Combine cake flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in another large bowl. Add flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture. Separate cake mix into 6 large zip-top bags.
