1. Butter - 2 tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Couscous - 1 cup
4. Water - 8 cups
5. Zucchini, chopped - 2
6. Potato, chopped - 1
7. Green beans, chopped - 20
8. Carrots, chopped - 2
9. Tomato puree - 2 tablespoons
10. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
11. Red chile powder - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
13. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
14. Milk - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tunisian Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until translucent, about 5 minutes. Mix in couscous; cook and stir until browned, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in water, zucchini, potato, green beans, carrots, tomato puree, coriander, chile powder, cumin, and salt; bring to a boil. Simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Stir in milk.
