Ingredients for - Barb's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1. All-purpose flour - 3 ⅓ cups
2. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
3. White sugar - 3 cups
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
6. Canned pumpkin puree - 2 cups
7. Eggs, beaten - 4
8. Water - ⅔ cup
9. Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Barb's Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 24 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, sugar, salt and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, beat together pumpkin, eggs and water. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture; beat until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
