How to cook deliciously - Egg salad on toast
1. Stage
Boil, peel and dice the eggs.
2. Stage
Pickled cucumbers (not large 5-6 pcs., but if large 2-3 pcs.) cut into half rings.

Wash, dry and chop the greens.
4. Stage
Mix all the ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard (you can do without it at all!) and dress the salad.

Prepare the croutons.
6. Stage
Place the ready salad on the croutons and garnish with herbs. Serve to the table! Bon appetit!:)
