3. Chicken bouillon 1 cube
4. Butter, or more as needed 1 tablespoon
5. White sugar 2 tablespoons

Place turnips, water, and bouillon into a large skillet over medium heat; simmer until water has evaporated and turnips are tender, about 15 minutes.
